Lashville is a town somewhere south. Corporal punishment is still common thanks to its autonomous status, which means that instead of federal laws the town imposes its own judicial system. Two reckless girls cross the town without knowing anything about it. They accidentally hit a dog with their car, and soon they find themselves along with other girls, before a huge crowd who came for only one reason: to enjoy the public corporal punishment event of the town.
